June 7th, 2025 was one of those days that felt like a celebration from the moment you arrived. Taste of India: UTSAV wasn’t just an event—it was an experience, a vibrant reminder of everything that makes Indian culture so full of life. RVA’s finest culinary talents—people who live and breathe Indian cuisine—came together under one roof, serving food that tasted like memories, like home. The smell of spices lingered in the air, blending with music and laughter, while the stage lit up with dazzling performances that brought the theme of “Utsav” to life.
But more than anything, it was the feeling of togetherness that stood out. It became a space where strangers smiled like old friends, where cultures met and mingled, and where every conversation felt like a celebration in itself.
